Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, GLI frameworks, publications, graphics, and digital products are owned by The Good Leader Institute or used with permission. A personal purchase grants the purchaser a limited, non-transferable license for individual use. Files may not be redistributed, resold, posted publicly, or reproduced for organization-wide use without written permission.

Digital products

Product contents, price, and delivery terms are presented before purchase. Because digital files are delivered electronically, review the product description carefully before purchasing.

Refund policy

Because The Good Leader Method™ is a downloadable digital product delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are final. If you experience a technical problem accessing your files, receive an incorrect file, or make a duplicate purchase, please contact hello@goodleaderinstitute.com within seven days so the issue can be resolved. This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable law.

GLI distinguishes validated measures from original educational tools. Users are responsible for following applicable permissions, licensing terms, and professional standards when using third-party measures.
